from Project Engineer to Managing Director of a major international Engineering
and Construction company. Franco has earned extensive experience in Project Management, Contract Negotiations, Procurement, Risk Management, Claims Management, Arbitration, Interface with government bodies and Financial.
Ariadna Aparecida Cruz Groberio
Vice President and Chair of Northern Ireland Branch
I have been active at PMI for over 15 years in various chapters around the world. I created PMI in Northern Ireland, where I led several successful initiatives and events. Project manager for 23 years, working in different sectors and regions, currently a PM consultant at Microsoft UK, where I help clients with digital transformation projects. I’m also a digital transformation coach, writer, and mentor for aspiring PMPs.

She is a skilled professional in all areas of project management and project controls. Estelle oversees and is liable for all PMI United Kingdom branches and events and holds an MBA, FAPM, and PDhyp.

John, adept in Project, Product, and Design leadership, prioritizes Learning and Development. Formerly skilled in injection and press tooling, he transitioned to manufacturing design in 2000. As the Director of Professional Development at the Project Management Institute UK Chapter, he champions efficient processes for individuals, teams, and global entities.

Jinxiu is a seasoned program management professional with a strong STEM background. She has over 10 years of experience strategising and leading multi-billion-dollar international strategic transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. Jinxiu holds both MSc and Executive MBA degrees. She is passionate about delivering operational excellence while enhancing and sharing project management knowledge.

Linda has over 38 years of experience in project management working in multiple $M and $B size industries. Linda has a Doctor of Business Administration in Project Management and is PMP, CSP-SM, A-CSM, CSM, and ITIL v3 certified. Linda is responsible & accountable for all PMI United Kingdom IT/Technology.

I am currently a Senior Director with Infor, a global software company, supporting a Community of over 500 Project Managers. In past roles I have been Head of Delivery for a large FSTE-100 retailer as well as working for several household names including General Motors, Whitbread and Procter and Gamble ALWAYS in Project Management roles.
